Can anyone dispute this adage or disprove this simple, but most important, theory of life??
No..I do not think anyone can dispute this adage.

What ever amount of wealth you make, it is useless to you, not only when alive, but also HEALTHY enough to enjoy the wealth.

I see many people taking Insurance to cover their well-being or any type of illness. Well, in a way this good to meet unforeseen medical expenses; but this is just not enough. You have the responsibility to take preventive measures to ensure that you are keeping in good health, by following these three simple Biological necessities of our bodies:
  1. Sleep - Our bodies need rest - sleep for about 7-8 hours per night. Sleeping in day time upsets the bio-logical clock in our bodies. Sleeping during night time is the best for our bodies.
